This role ensures accurate daily operations of the attachments division, managing hire records, contracts, charges, and administrative processes. Overview Process hire requests and contracts in the plant management system. Communicate effectively with internal and external customers regarding equipment availability. Upload damage charges, asset defects, and maintenance/service records. Generate purchase orders and assist with goods receiving. Manage Loler certification and ensure compliance Allocate jobs for mobile staff efficiently, ensuring priority and location-based planning. Support depot operations including site inductions, health & safety compliance, and cover for colleagues.
