About The Role
As a Learning & Development Program Coordinator, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of L&D Functional Programs within the GSCS organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the programs, cohorts, and interdependencies, along with the ability to facilitate communication, manage learner progress, and coordinate activities to ensure success. Collaboration with stakeholders, Business Partners, the Learning Program Management Team, and Operations is essential.
Area of Responsibility
1. Facilitate open communication between learners, instructors, and program leads to address issues or concerns.
2. Monitor learner progress and identify individuals who may be falling behind.
3. Coordinate with the Learning Portfolio Manager and Zone Coordinators to provide support to learners.
4. Implement strategies to proactively address learner challenges and ensure high completion rates.
5. Maintain understanding of programs, cohorts, and interdependencies for seamless delivery.
6. Provide regular updates to program leads and stakeholders on performance, capacity, and risks.
7. Work closely with the Functional Lead to stay informed of deadlines and generate progress reports.
8. Keep the Learning Portfolio Manager informed of progress, blockers, and areas for improvement.
9. Plan and manage program activities, ensuring effective risk mitigation and communication.
Your Qualifications & Experience
1. Proven experience in learning and development, especially in program management and strategic planning.
2. Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
4. Experience with learning platforms and adult learning principles, including future trends.
5. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
