, allowing you to work primarily from home. However, you will need to visit our office in
Ashford, Kent
once a week, so flexibility with travel is essential for team meetings and project collaborations. Your Key Responsibilities:
Reporting: Own and deliver key daily, weekly, and monthly financial and operational reports to stakeholders across the business. Support the FP&A team with ad-hoc reporting and data requests. Identify and implement improvements to streamline reporting processes and reduce manual effort. Data & Systems Governance: Maintain and reconcile master data relevant to FP&A (e.g., cost centers, product hierarchies, customer accounts). Monitor data flows between systems, flag inconsistencies, and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues. Promote good data governance and processes across the business. Support data integrity projects and document data definitions, structures, and ownership. Collaborate with IT, Sales Operations, and Finance teams to support system upgrades and implementations. Month-End / Ad-hoc Duties: Assist in monthly financial close activities, including system reconciliations, data uploads, and preparation of standard reports. Prepare variance analysis and support commentary for management reporting. Support budgeting, QBR, and forecasting cycles and processes. Manage timetabling and communications with wider finance teams to ensure deadlines are met. About You:
You bring valuable experience from a finance, data, or systems-related role and are eager to grow your career in a finance-focused environment. Ideally, you’ve thrived in fast-paced or multi-site settings, showcasing strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail. You are: Highly proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas). Experienced with cloud-based BI platforms, planning tools, and data governance best practices. Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple systems. Proactive and solutions-oriented, using initiative to resolve issues and drive insights. A strong communicator, able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. What We Offer:
