Job Description
We are recruit candidate based locally, able to work full-time with at least 6 months UK based experience in a similar position.
1. Job Types: Permanent, Full-time, hours: 33- 44 per week
2. Shifts: Day shifts
3. Salary £11.71 per hour
4. Care Home based in Hampshire area, New Milton area, BH25

The home:
Care Home in New Milton, Hampshire offers 24/7 residential care, elderly care, end of life care, respite care and general nursing care, as well as dementia care.
Qualifications/Requirements for the job:
5. Strong communication skills
6. Ability to follow care plans effectively,
7. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
8. Experience in providing care in a home care setting
9. Valid driver's license for own transportation to the job
10. Proficiency in English and basic IT skills
11. Prior experience in a care home environment
12. Team player
13. Ability to work on own initiative
Responsabilities include:
14. Ensure the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting and assisting Residents when required with all aspects of daily living
15. Assist Residents in all aspects of their care needs, e.g. physical, emotional and spiritual
16. Provide supervision and attention when needed, ensuring Residents retain their comfort and dignity
17. Observe care planning needs for Residents and completed daily records as instructed
18. Assist in framework of social activities by interacting with Residents and helping them continue with hobbies and activities in the Care Centre
19. Answer Nurse Call system, giving assistance as required
20. Answer the door and telephone appropriately
21. Respond accordingly, and pass on messages promptly
22. Report on well-being of Residents
23. Clean and maintain equipment used by Residents and Relatives e.g. wheelchairs, hearing aids, spectacles etc

Requirements
Experience in a similar role is mandatory Right to work in the UK for at least 12 months Willingness to learn. You must be currently resident in the UK You must have the right to work in the UK Excellent communication skills. You must be friendly and well-organised with an excellent work ethic.
