Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Conveyancing Solicitor to join our property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a varied caseload, contribute to the firm’s development, and progress your career within a forward-thinking and supportive legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Advise clients on all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing
* Manage complex and high-value transactions, including acquisitions, sales, refinancing, and developments
* Draft and review a wide range of legal documents related to property law
* Handle distressed sales, including transactions led by insolvency practitioners and receivers (preferred but not essential)
* Work closely with clients, lenders, and agents to ensure timely and smooth completions
* Liaise with internal departments to provide well-rounded legal solutions
* Stay current with property law developments and regulatory changes
* Deliver excellent client service and contribute to the firm’s strong reputation
Qualifications and Skills:
* Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (NQ+ applications welcomed)
* Experience in conveyancing law with a solid understanding of residential and commercial property matters
* Experience with distressed or insolvency-related property transactions is advantageous
* Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* Confidence in managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision
* Client-focused, commercially aware, and a strong team player
* Desire to develop professionally within a growing firm
