Cover People UK can offer rates of pay between £85-100 per day for daily & short-term cover. Working as a secondary Behaviour support assistant you will: Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN needs. Behaviour management – supporting students with challenging behaviour Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Plan and deliver intervention lesson one-to-one or with small groups Help create a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages positive behaviour and emotional well-being. Work alongside the teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop effective strategies for students.
