General Teacher (Supply) Flexible supply days, short & longer term Key Stages:
4 & 5 We are currently seeking a flexible and enthusiastic General Teacher to join our supply team, working across Key Stages 4 and 5. This role is perfect for those who are looking for a flexible working schedule, with the ability to choose their working days. All lessons will be pre-planned and there is no marking required, allowing you to focus fully on teaching and student engagement. Day-to-day of the role: Deliver pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5, ensuring a high level of engagement and learning. Adapt teaching methods to suit the needs of individual classes and students. Maintain classroom order and discipline. Provide immediate feedback to students during lessons to enhance learning. Collaborate with other teaching staff and share feedback on student progress and lesson effectiveness. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching in Key Stages 4 and/or 5. Strong classroom management skills. Ability to adapt teaching style based on the needs of the students and the school.
