Planet Pharma are working with a international medical company specializing in Ostomy, Respiratory, and Surgical therapies. Over the years, our client has expanded its portfolio through acquisitions and organic growth, now offering a range of medical devices across its therapeutic areas.
They now operate in over 60 countries and has subsidiaries in the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, France, Japan, Germany, Belgium, and Luxembourg. The company invests heavily in Research & Development, focusing on innovation in its core medical fields
Objective :
We are seeking a highly skilled, professional, self motivated and commercially-driven Regional Account Manager to join our Respiratory team specialising in the manufacture, sale and distribution of devices for adult critical care, neonatal care, and perioperative. You will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts within the North East & Yorkshire, focusing on expanding market share, driving revenue growth, and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
You will have a solid commercial background, strategic mindset, exceptional sales acumen, and a clinical understanding of the medical device sector, particularly within respiratory and critical care. This is a dynamic and high-impact role that offers the opportunity to manage your own budget and be directly accountable for achieving sales targets.
KEY ACTIVITIES:
• Build new and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key stakeholders within hospitals, healthcare providers, and other medical institutions within the North East & Yorkshire
• Drive and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement with current and potential customers.
• Effectively manage your own budget and sales pipeline
• Identify market trends, competitor activity, opportunities for growth, and customer needs within the region
• Develop and deliver tailored strategies to penetrate key accounts and secure new business, while maintaining existing business for your region
• Provide expert advice on the Respiratory product portfolio, including those for adult critical care, neonatal, and perioperative use.
Requirements:
* Strong account management skills
* Medical device sales respiratory experience.
* Strong commercial mindset, can manage own budgets, and really help drive growth.
