I’m working with an organisation investing heavily in strengthening its cyber capabilities, and they’re looking for a Cyber Security Manager to lead the maturity of their detect, respond, and recover functions across both IT and OT environments. This role suits someone confident operating independently, shaping their own roadmap, and driving uplift in security practices across a growing and evolving technology landscape.
You will:
* Lead and mature managed security services and day to day cyber operations
* Develop and optimise monitoring, IR playbooks, and SOC processes
* Support cyber awareness and training across the organisation
* Apply and embed governance controls, standards, and policies
* Act as the key escalation point for the MSSP
* Security operations & managed service oversight
* Incident response, SOC processes, and Sentinel
* Deploying & maturing security controls
* SC clearance (or eligibility) required
Details:
* Salary: up to £80,000
* Location: Leeds 2 x a week
* Bonus: up to 10%
