Who you'll be working with: The Operations Support Engineering team partners with business leaders to provide an outstanding technical environment, supporting desktop, AV, and facilities support.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead projects to enhance Liberty IT's office environments, desktop, device hardware/software, and digital communications.
2. Facilitate project delivery, agile ceremonies, and communicate progress.
3. Contribute to energy efficiency initiatives and mentor junior team members.
4. Partner with employees to optimize solutions, ensuring a best-in-class employee experience focusing on safety and security.
5. Review and contribute to engineering and operations standards.
6. Grow knowledge of IT systems, networks, and office practices, assessing new solutions using data-driven approaches.
7. Share learnings through tech talks, blogging, and external events.
Technology Support Responsibilities:
* Provide maintenance and support for software, hardware, and office environment projects.
* Manage digital communications and AV tools for on-site, hybrid, and remote events.
* Support office environment, including space management, intra-office moves, and energy initiatives.
Essential Criteria:
* Minimum five years' experience in technical and maintenance support for large office environments.
* Experience with software, hardware, A/V technologies, and office projects.
* Knowledge of agile practices and continuous improvement.
* Partnering with end-users using a user co-creation approach.
* Current industry-recognized certifications.
Desired Criteria:
* Participation in knowledge sharing activities.
* Experience with customer-centric solutions balancing technical, user, and business needs.
