This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward‑thinking engineering team where you will be responsible for managing design projects, providing technical support, and contributing to the development of new and existing product lines.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop designs from concept through to finished product in line with industry standards.
* Support product validation through the design and development of test equipment.
* Provide accurate engineering cost estimates and manage projects to budget and delivery targets.
* Deliver technical support to maximise client satisfaction.
* Participate in design reviews and liaise with clients and vendors locally and internationally.
* Contribute to testing, assembly, and evaluation of new products.
About You
* HNC or Degree in Mechanical, Product, or Electro‑Mechanical Engineering/Design.
* Minimum 10 years’ experience in engineering, ideally with oilfield downhole tools.
* Skilled in CAD systems (SolidWorks or Inventor).
* Strong mathematical capability (stress and load calculations).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
* A proactive, self‑motivated team player who thrives under pressure.
