Commercial Property Secretary
A great opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of solicitors. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of the department and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: Provide direct assistance to a team of solicitors by scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing correspondence.
* Document Preparation: Prepare and format legal documents, maintaining up-to-date files both electronic and hard copy.
* Research and Due Diligence: Conduct initial research on property-related matters and assist in due diligence processes.
* Billing and Administration: Manage the team billing process and support the team in various administrative tasks.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar Secretarial role.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and legal practice management software.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* A pro-active approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of initiative.
