From ensuring flawless moments and experiences to converting enquiries into sales, you’ll be the linchpin between front-line customer service and financial success. What you’ll be doing as a Reservations Supervisor: Working with revenue and reception team to deliver a high-quality luxury experience across reservations for both group and individual leisure guests. Managing enquiries, reservations, and bookings, both over the phone and online. Coordinating group arrival information and ensuring all details are flawlessly executed. Liaising with the reception team to keep them updated on occupancy levels, VIPs, and special events. Maximising revenue by upselling and promoting our food and beverage packages. Supporting the team in their growth and development, helping them succeed in their roles. What makes you a great fit for us?
