This is a unique opportunity to join the growing team at East Midlands Freeport, providing a varied and comprehensive support service to the Executive Delivery Team, Board and Partners.

As the Executive Personal Assistant, your role is crucial to enable our senior leaders to operate efficiently through exceptional administrative, organisational, and coordination support.
You will manage a complex diary for our Chief Executive Officer and Chair, acting as a trusted point of contact and building strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
Alongside the usual tasks you'd expect as an Executive Personal Assistant, you'll plan, coordinate and arrange key meetings and events, including logistics and minute-taking. You'll support the team with hotel bookings, travel arrangements and expenses and contribute to forward planning and continuous improvement.
You should be a highly experienced and proactive problem solver, able to manage multiple priorities with minimal support.

About You
To apply for this post, you should have:
· Significant experience in relevant business support roles, such as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Business Support Officer.
· Proven experience of a wide range of administration skills, including accurate minute taking, event coordination, inbox and database management.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, in particular demonstrable experience interacting credibly with senior public and private sector stakeholders.
· Significant IT skills, including proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel. MS Project (or equivalent) and PowerPoint are desirable but not essential.
· Ability to work proactively as part of a wider team, supporting colleagues when required.
It isn't necessary to have a detailed working knowledge of Freeports, but some sectoral and/or regional experience is useful as you'll need to quickly get up to speed in new fields and operate credibly with senior leaders.

You will be based in Nottingham, working 3 days a week in the office. There may be a requirement to travel across the East Midlands on an ad-hoc basis.
