We Are Looking For An Outstanding Candidate With a Genuine Desire To Work With Our Residents To Join Our Influential Resident Voice And Engagement Team And Support The Implementation Of Our Resident Engagement Strategy. You Will Embed a Diverse And Inclusive Approach To Resident Engagement, Deliver Excellent Insight, Service Improvement And Ensure That Resident Voices Are Heard.Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Experience of promoting resident, community or customer engagement
* Track record of working with resident or community groups in a professional or voluntary capacity
* Understanding of social housing principles, resident engagement strategies, and relevant legislation.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Commitment to providing excellent customer service sand promoting resident involvement across all departments.
* A CIH Level 3 qualification or be willing to work towards one.
