Temporary ongoing - could become permanent for the right candidateMonday to Friday 6.30am to 2.30pm (4 weeks)then 11am to 7pm (4 weeks)Up to £28,142pa depending on experienceOur client, a school based in Rugby are looking for a member of staff to join their site support team. This is a varied role amd will include site security, maintenance, general support and health & safety.Please note, you must be willing to work both shifts as these are monthly rotational.This role will require driving a minibus therefore, applicants must be over 25 years of age for insurance purposes, and you must have held a FULL UK Driving Licence for at least 2 years. You must also be willing to complete an Enhanced DBS Check.The key responsibilities:Planned and reactive maintenance for buildings, classrooms and wider facilitiesPerform routine safety inspections and compliance checksBuilding upkeepSite safetySite securitySupporting and supervising the cleaning teamOccasional driving of school minibusThe necessary skills and qualities:A can-do attitudeAbility to work alone and in a teamBasic skills in plumbing and carpentry would be very advantageous, but you must have general maintenance skillsAn understanding of health and safety regulationsA great attention to detail and strong organisation skillsWilling to complete and full enhanced DBS checkFull UK driving licence of at lest 2 yearsInterested?Please apply below.If you have sent us a copy of your CV and not had a reply within 5 working days we would kindly ask you to assume your application on this occasion has been unsuccessful.
