Team Organiser - Public Sector | £15/hr | 6-Month Assignment

Location: Sandwell (with travel to Worcester & Saltley)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours/week (typically 8am-4pm, flexibility required)
Pay: £15.00 per hour
Start: ASAP
DBS & 3 years of references required

Are you an experienced Executive Assistant or Team Organiser ready for your next challenge?

Our respected Public Sector client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Team Organiser to support a Senior Manager and their wider team. This is a 6-month temporary assignment with real variety and the chance to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide high-level admin and secretarial support
2. Manage diaries, meetings, action points and travel bookings
3. Support the Senior Manager with briefings and day-to-day prep
4. Liaise with internal/external stakeholders professionally and confidentially
5. Work flexibly across sites in the West Midlands

What We're Looking For:

6. Previous experience supporting at Senior Management level
7. Strong MS Office skills (Oracle experience a plus)
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
9. A reliable team player with a reputation for quality and discretion
