Responsibilities
* Lead and manage high:end residential projects across all RIBA stages
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders
* Produce high:quality design and technical drawings and documentation
* Coordinate consultants, contractors, and wider project teams
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
* Incorporate sustainable design principles into project delivery
* Provide both design and technical input throughout the project lifecycle
* Support the ongoing success and development of the practice
Skills and Qualifications
* ARB:registered Architect with post:qualification experience
* Strong background in high:end private residential projects within the UK
* Proven experience managing projects through all stages from concept to completion
* Excellent design, technical, and detailing skills
* Strong communication and client:facing abilities
* Proficiency in Vectorworks is advantageous
* Interest in sustainable design, with Passivhaus experience highly desirable
