Technical Product Owner 3 Month Rolling Contract Hybrid Newbury and Home Day Rate: £500 per day Outside IR35 Product Owner Requirements / Profile We are looking for a Product Owner to establish and execute the product strategy and roadmap for a new B2B digital portal as part of a wider transformation programme. The scope of the role includes: Creating a single entry point for B2B customers to address currently fragmented and inconsistent customer experiences across multiple portals Driving a user, customer and data-driven strategy, supporting a broader transition from process-led thinking to user needs and goal-driven product strategy Taking insights and prototypes from a digital CX assessment and using these as the starting point for product definition, roadmap development and feature planning Skills Product / Technical Product Ownership roadmap creation, vision definition, OKRs and KPIs Stakeholder Management able to engage, align and collaborate with a broad range of technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to take direction and work independently to enable rapid mobilisation Experience Experience in Telecommunications, B2B environments, Digital Portals, CX and Product Strategy / Implementation Comfortable working across business and technology environments Experience with Jira, Confluence and Figma Familiarity with SAFe / scaled Agile frameworks preferred Experience working within large telecommunications organisations highly desirable
