Overview
Commercial Administrator (12 months FTC) – Fixed Term Contract: 12 months. Based at Sega West London, Chiswick Business Park. Hybrid working (3 days per week in-office). Department: SWP – EMEA Physical Sales. Reporting to: Sales Account Manager.
As a Commercial Administrator within our Physical Sales team, you will own the day-to-day administration of the Physical business across key distributors (France/UK/Germany/Australia/Spain) and other secondary territories (Benelux/Nordic/Portugal/Poland). The successful candidate will need to be organized, have strong time management, and meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities
* Support physical sales with administrative tasks and general operations to help reach product and corporate objectives.
* Collaborate with Marketing to handle assets for pre-orders and provide operational information such as barcodes.
* Day-to-day management of Oracle to raise credit notes as needed.
* Stock in trade / sell-through reports for key franchises; ad hoc reports for external/internal use as required.
* Collate key sales data and share with internal stakeholders; provide day-one ship-outs, sell-through and promo data; share early information on key releases with internal stakeholders.
* Maintain the business plan daily, updating data as orders come in, pricing changes, and movement of street dates.
* Support key distributors (covering ~70% of Europe) by providing ad hoc product information and liaising with marketing and operations on distribution requests.
* Check links to retail for pre-orders/pricing across Europe.
* Work closely with Operations/Central Marketing to provide information as required and collaborate on joint objectives.
* Collaborate with global retail teams to maximize synergies between sales channels.
* Request keys from Alaska for licensing deals and ad-hoc requests.
* liaise with Ops on samples for D1.
* Create PowerPoints when needed to assist the sales team with presenting new product information or sales performance reviews.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Demonstrable experience within a commercial environment, ideally in the Entertainment sector but not essential.
* Strong Excel skills with a focus on data accuracy.
* Interest in gaming strongly desirable.
