Serve as a point of contact for individuals interested in the new housing schemes. Provide advice on affordability and strategies for income maximization. Facilitate visits and viewings of the housing schemes. Coordinate with operational teams to ensure smooth, expedited application, assessment, and move-in processes, contributing additional capacity as needed. Engage in face-to-face and telephone interactions with tenants, listening to their housing concerns and aspirations, and liaising with operational teams to address issues raised. Record outcomes of interactions accurately, using insights to inform housing stock decisions for the next 2-5 years. Support customers in a Supported Housing scheme, promoting independence and community reintegration, while managing sensitive lets due to neighborhood considerations.
