Workday Financials Analyst - Fixed-Term Contract
Location: London - Hybrid, or remote
Salary: £65,000-£75,000
Our client is looking for an experienced Workday Financials Analyst to join their team over the next 9 months on a fixed-term basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a Workday professional with financials experience to play a key role in optimising Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage system administration, including configuration, security, integrations, and reporting
* Provide day-to-day support for Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning queries
* Identify and implement improvements to streamline Finance operations
* Lead and support Workday/Adaptive projects from requirements to deployment
* Collaborate with Finance, Technology, HR and external partners to deliver integrated solutions
* Support change management activities including testing, training, and communications
* Support with the optimisation of the future Workday roadmap
Essential requirements:
* Qualified Accountant or an excellent understanding of finance processes
* 2+ years’ Workday Financials experience within the finance function
* Strong expertise in Workday Financials configuration, security, finance processes, and reporting
* Analytical thinker with a continuous improvement mindset
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
