Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect with strong Revit experience to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in architectural design, documentation, and project coordination, with advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit. This role requires collaboration with clients, consultants, and internal team members to deliver high-quality architectural projects from concept through construction. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and produce architectural designs and construction documents using Revit. * Collaborate with project teams to ensure design intent is accurately reflected in the final deliverables. * Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to integrate design and technical requirements. * Conduct site visits and assist in construction administration activities, including reviewing submittals and responding to RFIs. * Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations. * Participate in design reviews, project meetings, and presentations. * Assist in developing project schedules and maintaining project documentation. * Mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement of Revit standards and workflows. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. * Professional licensure or on path to licensure preferred. * 3 years of professional experience in architecture with a focus on Revit-based design and documentation. * Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit; familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, or other design tools is a plus. * Strong understanding of architectural building systems and construction methods. * Excellent graphic, written, and verbal communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative environment. Preferred Skills: * Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection. * LEED accreditation or knowledge of sustainable design practices. * Experience working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment. * Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes
