About the Role
Our engineering culture strives to create an environment where engineers own and deliver product features end‑to‑end, from research through design to implementation. As a product engineer, you will write product specs, create wireframes, and build the product with minimal oversight while collaborating with product and design stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Lead the design, specification, and implementation of new product features.
* Research competitors and user needs to inform product direction.
* Write product specifications, wireframes, and design documentation.
* Build and maintain scalable backend services and frontend interfaces.
* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate features.
* Ensure high‑quality code through automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
* Strong full‑stack engineering experience with a focus on product ownership and user impact.
* Ability to work across technology stacks, including both frontend and backend.
* Experience with ambiguous or complex product problems and a willingness to navigate uncertainty.
* Momentum for speed and quality, with clear communication and collaboration skills.
* Demonstrated ability to balance architecture and feature delivery while mentoring peers.
