A highly skilled and detail-oriented ICT professional with extensive experience in managing, enhancing, and supporting complex business systems across large, multi-stakeholder environments. Strong analytical capability, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of enterprise applications, data flows, and system integrations. Adept at translating business needs into effective technical solutions, leading system improvements, and ensuring applications operate efficiently, securely, and in alignment with organizational goals. Expertise in business analysis, systems administration, solution design, and project delivery, someone who can collaborate closely with business units, vendors, and technical teams to drive continuous improvement and digital transformation. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage priorities in fast-paced, high-complexity settings.
