Vector Talent is hiring a Senior Process Engineer to join a specialist pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation working in advanced formulation and particle processing technologies.
This position sits at the interface of process development and GMP manufacturing, supporting complex drug product programmes as they move from development through to validated commercial processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in translating laboratory insight into robust, scalable manufacturing processes.
Working within a highly technical environment, you will collaborate closely with development scientists, manufacturing teams and quality specialists to ensure new processes are successfully transferred into commercial production.

* Lead and support process engineering activities across advanced formulation and particle processing technologies
* Translate laboratory and pilot scale process knowledge into robust manufacturing processes
* Support technology transfer and scale up activities into GMP production
* Act as a technical specialist for process performance, supporting troubleshooting, optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
* Investigate process deviations and identify opportunities to improve process robustness, yield and efficiency
* Work closely with manufacturing, quality and development teams to ensure processes remain compliant and technically sound
* Contribute to engineering design reviews, risk assessments and process improvement initiatives across the facility
What we are looking for
* Degree qualified in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering or a related discipline
* Experience working with advanced formulation or particle processing technologies within pharmaceutical, CDMO or advanced materials manufacturing
* Experience supporting process scale up and manufacturing within a regulated environment
* Strong understanding of powder behaviour, particle engineering or complex formulation processes
* Comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams bridging development and manufacturing
* Experience operating within cGMP environments
