Salary: £14.65 - £15.15 per hour

In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive hourly pay rate, with additional perks for bank holidays (£2.00 extra per hour) and night shifts (£3.50 extra per hour). Plus, our generous benefits package is designed to support your well-being and life outside of Lidl.
Your Responsibilities
* Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles.
* Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks effectively.
* Create an environment where your colleagues can thrive alongside you.
* Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
* Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shifts.
* Deliver the best customer experience every time they visit your store.
