A welcoming and community-focused primary school in the St Mellons area is looking to appoint an experienced and resilient Year 6 Teacher for the final 7 weeks of the academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who thrives on building relationships, creating structure and making a genuine difference during a crucial transition period for pupils before secondary school. The class can present with some challenging behaviour and will require a strong, nurturing and consistent approach. The school is specifically looking for somebody who can balance high expectations with patience, empathy and excellent behaviour management skills. Building trust and positive relationships with pupils will be key in this role.
