Our client is seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented HR Analyst to support their Human Resources team in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data related to workforce metrics, compensation, benefits, turnover, and performance.
* Prepare reports and dashboards for HR leadership and business stakeholders.
* Support the development and monitoring of KPIs to track HR effectiveness and organizational trends.
* Partner with HR and IT teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HRIS data.
* Assist in compensation analysis, headcount planning, and workforce forecasting.
* Contribute to HR process improvement initiatives through data insights and automation.
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws, GDPR regulations, and internal policies.
* Participate in ad hoc projects related to employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, and organizational development.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR Analyst, HRIS, or data-focused HR role.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
* Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP).
* Solid understanding of HR metrics and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French language skills are highly desirable.
