Overview
We are looking for an M&E Construction Manager with a strong mechanical, electrical or energy management background for a new contract that involves a mix of on‑site and commercial work.
Our client is a principal contractor who has just won a prestigious new project that will overhaul the CHP and energy management systems for a large healthcare estate in Central London. They are seeking an independent M&E Construction Manager to oversee these works for the next 7 months.
This is a site‑based position in Central London, so you will need to live in the London area. No parking is available on site and public transport should be used.
All About You
We would love to hear from a Construction Manager with a background in electrical, mechanical or energy management projects who has experience working on live hospital projects.
Knowledge of CHP installations would be an advantage.
