A quick look at the role
This role involves monitoring the health and safety performance of crews across multiple waste collection sites via CCTV camera systems. You will identify good and bad working practices and record this information to provide feedback to the crews through the operations team.

* Identify good and bad working practices and hazards performed by collection crews.
* Accurately record information in a manner suitable for operational managers to provide effective feedback.
* Monitor street cleanliness and grade streets according to ‘Keep Britain Tidy’ standards.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health and safety practices related to crew working practices.
Requirements
Here’s what we require:
* Minimum GCSE or equivalent in Maths & English
* Ability to work well within a team
* IT literacy
* Knowledge of hazard/near miss reporting procedures (Desirable)
* Health and Safety knowledge, preferably in a waste environment (Desirable)
* Experience working with multiple computer screens
