Partnership Manager
London (Hybrid)
fulfilment.com is a fast growing technology platform operating in the global 3PL and ecommerce fulfilment space.
We work with a large network of 3PL partners and are building structured programmes to deepen and scale those relationships.
We are hiring a Partnership Manager to own and expand a key commercial initiative across our 3PL network.
This is a high ownership role with direct revenue impact.
The role
You will be responsible for building and managing structured commercial agreements with 3PL partners.
This includes:
• Identifying high quality 3PL partners to onboard into the programme
• Formalising commercial terms and partnership structures
• Building trusted relationships with founders and commercial leads
• Tracking partner generated opportunities and performance
• Analysing revenue impact and reporting on channel performance
• Working closely with commercial, product and finance teams
• Supporting commission tracking and reconciliation processes
• Continuously improving the partner programme playbook
This role blends commercial negotiation, analytical thinking and operational execution.
You will be expected to run this programme with autonomy and accountability.
What we are looking for
• 3 to 6 years experience in partnerships, account management, marketplace operations or B2B SaaS
• Commercially confident and comfortable negotiating agreements
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable analysing performance data and working with metrics
• Trustworthy and disciplined, particularly around financial accuracy
• Ambitious and motivated by ownership
