We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen team and help deliver unforgettable culinary experiences for our guests. The Role As a Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in our busy kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes across our diverse dining outlets, from fine dining to casual fare. You’ll bring creativity, precision, and a love for food to ensure our guests enjoy exceptional meals every time. Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards in line with our menus. Manage and run a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations. Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in compliance with regulations. Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop seasonal menus and specials. Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and minimize waste. Mentor and support junior chefs, fostering a positive and productive kitchen environment. Contribute to delivering a memorable dining experience for our guests. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume, quality-driven kitchen. Strong culinary skills with a passion for creating fresh, locally sourced dishes. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills. Relevant culinary qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent) are desirable. Experience in hospitality or resort settings is a plus. What We Offer Competitive salary of £32,000 per annum.
