Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordination Agent to support and optimize daily operations for a fast-growing U.S.-based logistics company.
This position is key to ensuring smooth coordination between dispatch, drivers, compliance, and administrative teams in the U.S. The ideal candidate is proactive, structured, and capable of managing multiple operational workflows in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operational activities between dispatch, drivers, and internal U.S.-based teams.
Monitor load status and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
Maintain accurate operational records and update tracking systems.
Assist with driver onboarding documentation and DOT compliance tracking.
Manage appointment scheduling, route updates, and issue resolution remotely.
Communicate with brokers, clients, and partners in the U.S. to ensure high service quality.
Track operational KPIs and report performance metrics to U.S. management.
Identify process gaps and recommend workflow improvements for international operations.
Required Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or operations coordination.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
Experience with operational tools (CRM, dispatch software, Airtable, or similar systems).
Ability to manage remote operations in an international environment.
High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
