What You Will Do: Lead on high-quality casework decisions, ensuring timely and informed responses that prioritise child safety. Collaborate closely with multi-agency partners to create a cohesive safeguarding approach. Oversee and supervise referral information, ensuring appropriate services and actions are initiated swiftly. Drive improvements in practice and outcomes for children, young people, and families.
