Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Brand Image Specialist to support our Ralph Lauren Outlet store in Bicester. This role involves delivering creative and visual excellence, adapting Seasonal Guidelines, and providing creative solutions to optimize store layout and presentation. The specialist will analyze store performance using commercial reports to ensure visual displays are both appealing and aligned with commercial goals.
The role includes championing and maintaining Model Store standards, coaching the in-store team on brand expectations, and managing all visual displays, including mannequin styling, creative props, and product placement. The specialist will support the store team with Brand Presentation initiatives and develop store-specific solutions.
The Senior Brand Image Specialist will play a key role in the store’s commercial evaluation, collaborating with the Brand Image Manager, and undertaking additional assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Brand Elevation: Execute seasonal in-store creative and product presentation strategies, implement seasonal window schemes, create store floor plans, define space requirements in collaboration with buying and planning teams, and review merchandising opportunities.
* Leadership: Support management in delivering expectations, foster a creative and motivated team environment, conduct performance reviews, and train store teams for consistent creative execution.
* Project Management: Identify resources, assign responsibilities, provide project evaluations, and lead regional seasonal installations.
* Business Development: Present commercial opportunities related to branding and monitor KPIs to identify immediate growth opportunities.
* Effective Communication: Maintain strong communication channels, hold regular project meetings, and manage team expenses in line with financial processes.
* Training: Develop and deliver training sessions for in-store teams, continually reviewing and updating training programs.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
* Experience in retail, visual merchandising, window displays, and rigging.
* Leadership skills with experience managing remote teams.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and nights, as needed.
