Permanent contract on offer after a probation period has been completed. School is happy to accept ECT’s and experienced teachers.
Key Responsibilities of History Teacher:
* Deliver engaging and thought-provoking History lessons across KS3 and KS4.
* Foster curiosity and critical thinking through interactive and inclusive teaching.
* Monitor and assess student progress, offering clear and constructive feedback.
* Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that supports historical inquiry.
Requirements for History Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching History in UK secondary school settings.
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for historical education.
* Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
* A valid enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply through GSL Education.
