We have an exciting opportunity for a senior-level Technical Director of Electrical Engineering to lead and develop this discipline within PM Group. This role involves strategic contributions to the companys future, overseeing electrical engineering design across all our offices, and working with senior leadership to ensure efficient project delivery and safety standards.
This is a full-time, hybrid role, based in Ireland, UK, Poland, or Belgium, with flexible working arrangements.

Responsibilities
* Develop and implement the electrical engineering strategy aligned with PM Group’s overall goals.
* Support regional departments in capacity planning, competency development, and sector-specific SME growth.
* Drive digitalization initiatives for engineering processes and service delivery platforms.
* Establish governance for design delivery, including review processes and project safety assessments.
* Act as a technical troubleshooting lead for electrical engineering issues across projects.
Qualifications
* Passion for electrical engineering with a focus on safety and asset integrity.
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
* Significant industry experience, including senior management roles.
* Knowledge of pharma, med tech, and data center industries.
* Membership in a recognized engineering body (e.g., IET).
* Strong technical, commercial, and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in English.
