As a Community & Resident Liaison Officer, you’ll be the friendly face residents rely on during home improvements, from initial consultation to project completion. You’ll help residents feel informed, supported, and listened to while coordinating maintenance and upgrade works such as kitchens, bathrooms, and energy-efficiency projects. Duties Provide clear communication and updates to residents. Build positive relationships with residents, housing officers, and community groups. Conduct property surveys, resident inductions, and support individual needs. Schedule and coordinate access for contractors. Gather resident feedback to improve future works.
