Program Manager- Crisis Management & Scenario Testing
We are currently recruiting for a Director – Crisis Management & Scenario Testing to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract.

Responsibilities
* Lead the global crisis management strategy, governance, escalation processes and response framework
* Design and deliver the global scenario testing programme (tabletops, drills, supplier exercises)
* Facilitate real‑time response to major disruption events, chairing crisis calls and coordinating cross‑functional teams
* Oversee client and regulatory communications during incidents
* Maintain crisis playbooks, decision logs, and audit‑ready documentation
* Partner with Technology, Risk, Operations and senior leaders to strengthen organisational readiness
* Deliver training, awareness and ongoing improvements to crisis response capability
* Produce executive-level reporting on crisis trends, lessons learned and remediation
Experience
* 10+ years leading enterprise-wide crisis management in a global organisation
* Proven experience managing major incidents across multiple regions and time zones
* Strong understanding of operational resilience regulations (FCA, DORA, NIST, etc.)
* Experience designing and running crisis scenarios and testing programmes
* Excellent communication skills, able to brief executives, boards and regulators
* Financial services background required; insurance experience preferred
* Certifications such as CBCP, MBCI or DRI are an advantage
