Location: To be based across our Malton and Selby sites
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 32 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday between with a share in the Weekend rota when needed

About The Role
Day‑to‑day duties of the role will include:
- Covering Reception duties, including answering phones and booking appointments
- Administrative and secretarial support, including diary management
- Assist with general queries and requests into central email inboxes, taking ownership from start to finish, liaising with the requestor and keeping them informed
- Maintenance of relevant electronic files
- Undertake or provide assistance on projects
- Cleaning tasks
- Maintaining the practice to a high standard as part of a team
What We're Looking For In Our Practice Administrator
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, using positive language
- Co‑operative and solution‑focused, with a strong customer and team focus
- High level of organisation and time management skills, particularly in an environment with multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Strong administrative experience
- Previous experience in veterinary healthcare or a services‑oriented environment would be advantageous
