As a Land & Bid Analyst you’ll…
* Research and identify opportunities to support the development of the major sites strategic pipeline, including site research, client identification, and assessing existing or potential client relationships.
* Undertake research into local planning allocations to identify potential major site opportunities at a pre-planning stage.
* Support the business in the preparation of high-level bids for key clients, contributing research, written content, and coordination support.
* Assist with framework submissions, including researching commercially viable opportunities, coordinating input from the Brookbanks team, and supporting the drafting and submission process.
* Help identify strategic gaps in target frameworks and support the business in developing approaches to address these gaps.
What do we look for?
* A degree or relevant work experience (incl. internships and placements) in planning and development, or a related discipline.
* Strong research and analytical skills, with an interest in planning policy, land, and major site development.
* Ability to interpret local plans and planning allocations to identify site opportunities.
* Good written communication skills, with the ability to contribute to bids, frameworks, and supporting reports.
* Well organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively as part of a team.
