What you’ll do: As a Hygiene Operative, you will carry out a wide range of general cleaning duties to ensure the site remains safe, hygienic, and welcoming. Your responsibilities will include: Completing daily cleaning tasks across the site, including offices, communal areas, washrooms, corridors, and production-adjacent spaces. Maintaining cleanliness of floors, surfaces, touchpoints, and equipment in line with site hygiene standards. Managing waste disposal, recycling, and restocking consumables where required. Responding promptly to ad-hoc cleaning requests to support site activities and ensure a spotless environment. Following all health, safety, and sanitation procedures to help keep the workplace safe for colleagues and visitors. What you’ll bring: Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential—full training will be provided. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A flexible attitude and willingness to take on a variety of cleaning tasks throughout the day. Good spoken and written communication skills and a positive, proactive approach to work.
