Senior Care Practitioner Nights. Priesty Fields Care Home
* £15.52 per hour
* Full-time, 44 hours per week on a rolling rota, including some weekend working
* Shifts: 8pm-8am

As a Senior Care Practitioner at our home, your role may involve:
1. Undertaking any necessary training
2. Supporting our residents with personal care and hygiene, eating, and getting involved with daily activities.
3. Providing emotional support and companionship
4. Supporting our residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life, focussed on their individual hobbies, preferences and abilities.
5. Maintaining high standards within the care home environment
