Business Development Manager
who can take us to the next level.
What you'll do
* Build and convert a strong pipeline of senior-level opportunities.
* Pitch and position our
leadership sprints, licensing, VR/AI tools, and culture programmes
.
* Navigate complex procurement processes with confidence.
* Grow existing accounts with upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
* Report clearly on pipeline, metrics, and results.
What we're looking for
* Confident operating in boardrooms and with senior leaders.
* Proven business development background (consulting / training / engineering).
* Commercially sharp and relationship-driven.
* Strong networks in
nuclear, defence, engineering, and council sectors
, North West base or ability to be regularly present in Cumbria preferred.
* Resilient, proactive, and motivated by growth.
