The Role
The Head Chef will take full responsibility for delivering exceptional food across luxury weddings and multi-day events of up to 140 guests.
Events typically span two days, allowing for a varied and high-quality food offering, including:
1. Welcome dining
2. Breakfast service
3. Canapés
4. Evening feasts and buffets
5. The main event dining experience
Key responsibilities include:
6. Seasonal menu development and planning
7. Full kitchen management and standards
8. Food safety and compliance
9. Supplier relationships and stock control
10. Budget and GP management
11. Team leadership, training, and rota planning

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
12. Proven experience as a Head Chef, or a Senior Sous Chef ready to progress

16. A passion for modern British cuisine using seasonal produce
17. Calm and confident leadership during service
A full driving licence and access to transport are essential due to the rural location.
