Overview
:
As part of the harmonization of the Customer Master, this internship position is designed to support the cleanup, restructuring, and implementation of the new structure and tool. To achieve this, the role will require ongoing review of customer accounts and analysis of databases from various master data sets, as well as from other SAP modules. This position will also require the ability to use and interpret reports from both Power BI and Qlik Sense. The intern will need to interact with different departments within Client Services
Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities:
1. Maintains the SAP customer database to update current accounts.
2. Creates new accounts according to the policies and the new structure.
3. Analysis of databases from various master data sets, as well as from other SAP modules.
4. Updates account information.
5. Performs other duties as assigned.

Internal Networking/Key Relationships:
6. The individual will need to interact with different departments within Client Services such as Pricing, Order entry, and Service Support. Also, interact with Sales may be needed.
Skills & Capabilities:
7. Must be an independent worker with the ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and complete those tasks on time.
8. Previous experience in administrative or customer service environment is preferred.
9. Knowledge of the SAP Sales/Logistics module is preferred.
10. Knowledge of the SAP Sales/Logistics module is preferred.
11. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
12. Speaking Spanish will be highly valued.

Qualifications
Minimum Knowledge & Experience Required for the Position:
13. Currently pursuing B.S. in Engineering, Finance, Business, Marketing with a minimum of 2 college semesters complete.
14. Ability to multitask.
The hourly range for this role is $22/hr to $30/hr. Individual compensation will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience and grade level completed.
