Job Description
* Prepare and review corporate tax returns and computations
* Assist with tax planning projects for clients
* Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely delivery of service
* Hybrid entity capital allowances
* CIR reporting
* Provide tax advice to clients, keeping them updated on changes in tax legislation
* Communicate effectively with clients and HMRC
* Work collaboratively within the tax department
* Contribute to the development of the tax department through participation in team meetings and training sessions
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Corporate Tax Assistant Manager should have:
* A degree in a relevant field such as Accounting, Finance or Law
* Professional tax or accounting qualification (e.g., ATT, CTA, ACCA, ACA)
* Proven experience in a corporate tax role within a professional services firm
* Solid understanding of UK tax legislation
* Excellent communication and client service skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
