Location: Cumbria (3 days per week on-site at least) Contract Length: 6 months (with possible extension) Role: Housing Options Officer Key Details: Provide housing advice and options in line with the Homelessness Reduction Act. Manage caseloads of homelessness applications and prevention duties. Work with partner agencies and landlords to secure housing solutions. Office based - 5x days a week on site Requirements: Previous experience as a Housing Options Officer (local authority or similar). Strong knowledge of homelessness legislation and housing law. Ability to manage complex cases and deliver positive outcomes for service users.
