Overview
Join the vibrant Events team at SUSU as our new Events & Marketing Enterprise Coordinator! You9;ll lead the planning and delivery of fun, small-scale student events like Crafternoons and Break the Ice, support the team in large-scale event production and delivery of events such as Freshers and Grad Ball, and coordinating creative marketing for our enterprise activities.
Flexibility will be required at peak times (e.g. Freshers7 Week and Grad Ball) when additional hours, including some evenings/weekends, may be needed. Any extra hours will be recorded and taken back as Time Off in Lieu (TOIL) in line with our policy.
Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and delivery of small-scale student events (e.g. Crafternoons, Break the Ice).
* Support the team in large-scale event production and delivery of events such as Freshers and Grad Ball.
* Coordinate creative marketing for enterprise activities.
About You
* Excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritise tasks and communicate clearly with all relevant stakeholders.
* Experience of creating content (written and visual) for a range of marketing channels and skilled in creating marketing assets.
* Experience of working in a fast-paced marketing and/or events environment.
* Passion for the values and vision of SUSU and achieving these.
